Our program is based on the concept of how organisations can best receive a return on employee investments. We believe that the returns are increased if employees can choose the rewards that they prefer.
We understand that two employees earning equal pay and promised equal benefits are unlikely to deliver equal quality. Individuals are therefore motivated by something beyond their salaries and research shows that monetary rewards alone failed to improve performance as it is considered an expectation.
