Etchcraft - Christmas Promotion

Project: 
Create a simple user friendly web application capable of rewarding and recognising Etchcraft's most valued clients for their Christmas promotion.

Requirements:
The web application needs a login based on an Employee database which allows only registered users to access the Rewards site.  Employees are to be offered the option to have one product engraved.  Submissions must be able to be viewed by Etchcraft administration.

Solution:
We developed this simple web application to address all of Etchcraft's needs and requirements.  All users listed in the database received an email letting them know about the promotion.  The promotion was a success with 100% of registered users selecting a reward.   Etchcraft has since run another Christmas Promotion in 2010 after the success of the 2009 promotion.

Rocky Bay - Long Service Rewards, Major & Executive Rewards

Project:
Develop an advanced web application that allows registered users to select a Reward based on the number of years of service - year milestones are to have a different selections of reward options.

Requirements:
Users must be directed to the correct section of the web site based on their login access details.  Users are to have access only to the products available to them based on the same access rules.  Submissions must be sent to both Rocky Bay Administration as well as Ribbon Gang Administration (for gift preparation).  CMS systems are required to let both Rocky Bay view the database results as well as let Ribbon Gang manage orders and assign processing status.

Solution:
An advanced web application was developed to address all of Rocky Bays's needs as well as the needs of Ribbon Gang.  The project has been such a success that Rocky Bay has expanded the web application to also include reward options for Major Award and Executive Award recipients as well as their existing Long Service Rewards Program.

Tomago - Rewards Catalogue

Project:
Create a simple web catalogue that is printer-friendly and will allow our users to easily view and print out the rewards catalogue.

Requirements:
This project was a nice and easy one with the only requirements be that the site was printer-friendly.

Solution:
A simple catalogue-style web site was made to show off the Tomago Rewards Catalogue.  An advanced framework was not needed in this instance and the site was able to go live! that day.  The site is still in use to this day.

Rocky Bay

Rocky Bay, was founded in 1938 by Rotary Clubs in Western Australia to support families of children with disabilities. The organisation provides support to over 1,000 children and 500 adults living with disabilities in WA.
